Gayane Ghandilyan

Gayane Ghandilyan is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., representing clients on various employment-related matters, including wage & hour, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, among others. Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Ms. Ghandilyan focused her practice on labor and employment litigation, predominantly advocating for the rights of employees. Ms. Ghandilyan also previously worked for an employment defense firm, which provides her a unique and invaluable insight. Yet, her passion remains representation of employees who have been subjected to unlawful employment policies and practices.

Ms. Ghandilyan received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was a member of the Negotiations Honors Program, among other groups and associations. Prior to law school, Ms. Ghandilyan received a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles, with majors in English and Russian Language & Literature and graduated with cum laude honors.

Ms. Ghandilyan speaks Armenian and Russian and is admitted to practice law in all California state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

During her spare time, Ms. Ghandilyan enjoys playing tennis and the piano, traveling, rollerblading, and exploring different coffee shops around town.
