Faik Yetgin
Faik Yetgin, Esq. is a dedicated litigation attorney representing clients in a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including employment class actions and PAGA representative actions. A graduate of UCLA School of Law and alumnus of the Fulbright Program, Faik possesses six years of legal education and experience throughout Turkey, Germany, and the United States.
His pursuit of representing employees follows a long history of advocacy, most recently as President of his graduating class year at UCLA School of Law, and prior in several positions including as a prominent member of the European Law Students’ Association, and a United Nations Youth Climate Ambassador representing Mediterranean youth in international environmental lawmaking.
Raised speaking English and Turkish, Faik is an experienced communicator. He has hosted conferences, moderated academic panels, and addressed audiences in diplomatic settings. A skilled negotiator, Faik has additionally participated in and moderated competitions, winning awards including a national title.
As a litigation attorney, Faik has contributed to the recovery of millions of dollars on behalf of employees across the state of California. In addition to traditional litigation, Faik excels in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with experience in resolving disputes in mediation and arbitration.
Faik is licensed to practice law in the state of California and is admitted to appear before state and federal courts.
