Jasmin Aradi
Ms. Aradi represents clients on employment related claims such as wage and hour violations,
wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Ms. Aradi completed her undergraduate dual major degree in Political Science and Law &
Society from Purdue University. She went to law school in England where she completed her
postgraduate Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Birmingham. Subsequently,
she completed her Masters of Science in Law, Business & Management.
Ms. Aradi worked for Baker McKenzie’s Bahrain office as part of the Banking & Finance team. She acted for
transactions involving, among others, financing agreements, initial public offerings, and real
estate finance arrangements. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Aradi decided to
shift gears towards becoming a voice for the vulnerable. It became clear to Ms. Aradi that
corporations must actively ensure the prevention of employee exploitation, and that there is a
need to make systemic changes to rebalance the scales. She vehemently believes that no one
should have to risk their dignity or safety in order to make a living.
Ms. Aradi is admitted to practice in the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and in the State of
California. She speaks Arabic and Farsi.
