Ms. Miller proudly advocates on behalf of hardworking employees throughout the State of California through wage and hour class actions, representative PAGA actions, and individual employment actions.
Ms. Miller began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm representing both employees and employers on a wide range of employment issues including claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related claims.
Before joining Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Ms. Miller served as an associate at an employment litigation firm in Beverly Hills, California, representing plaintiffs in wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and FCRA class actions, in state and federal courts throughout California.
Courtney is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
Ms. Miller graduated from Southwestern Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and was a member of Mindfulness in Law Society, Animal Legal Defense Fund, and Bisong Acapella. Ms. Miller received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and was a DJ at its radio station, KZSC. Outside of work, Ms. Miller enjoys learning and working out.
